The school nurse will be attending the school on January 28^th to immunise for DTp and MenACWY to pupils in year 9, also to pupils in years 10 and 11 who are outstanding these immunisations.

The MMR vaccinations will also be offered to all pupils who are outstanding this immunisation.

Consent forms will be given to pupils in registration classes, please may these be completed, consenting or to not consent to the vaccinations being offered, forms will need to be returned by Monday the 20^th of January.
